Cafe Brood Spanish’s twist

Went back to borough market, yes again!!! I have been passing there every day on my way to work, it’s a shock to see it completely empty during the week. This time I tried the Spanish food in Cafe Brood. They always have huge paella, sausages, but what took my eye was the chorizo sandwich.

Paella Time
The grill

A baguette filled with chorizo, crystallized onions, peppers, and rocket. Good flavours, sadly not enough chorizo for the size of the baguette, a little bit more would make it a great option in the market.

The sandwich

The breakfast counterstrikes.

My current flatmates prepared a breakfast worth of being served in Bistrotheque, so I want it to share this bizarre breakfast, nothing can be more nutritive than toast, ham, and eggs with a choice of a fish stick or a donut. Sorry Jo and Caro warned you, You’ve been posted!

Breakfast at the flat

This bizarre breakfast reminds me the Seinfeld episode “The Wizard” when Kramer moved to Del Boca Vista deciding it was time for retirement.

Helen: Don't eat cookies for breakfast! I'll fix you something. How about a feta cheese omelet?
Kramer: Mmm, that sounds great, Mom.
Jerry: You feed him, he'll never leave.
